House 1:
Ground floor: An east-facing patio, an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room leading to the west-facing shared terrace, with a safety barrier on the canal.
First floor: Two bedrooms separated by a shower room and a separate toilet.
Second floor: A children's bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet.
House 2:
Ground floor: A kitchen open to the living room leading to the shared terrace.
Upstairs: Two large bedrooms separated by a shower room and a separate toilet.
Outdoor Amenities:
The houses have a large mooring of 10m x 7.50m.
