Thanks to its mooring for a boat, its large terrace with a panoramic view on the canal and its closeness to the beach, it will meet everyone's expectations.

This single-storey house is composed for large living-room with a TV space and a cosy lounge, an open kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom (shower + bath), , 2 bedroom with 2 joined single beds and 2 shower-rooms.

A/C in the 3 bedrooms.

On the canal side, a wide terrace divided into 2 spaces with a dining area and a lounge with sofas.
You will enjoy the view on the boats and the sunshine until sunset.

In front of the house, a 15m x 8m mooring and a second mooring for a jet-ski or a dinghy.

1 parking place on the main parking.

  • Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
  • The final cleaning is not included but can be done in addition.
  • The payment of resort fees will be requested

  • Contract to send back with your signature to the agency. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
  • A deposit via credit card requested upon arrival.
  • Opening hours of the agency : 9.00am – 12.30 and 3.00 to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)

    Truly a sensational stay.

    Truly a sensational stay. Not only was Mathilde incredibly responsive from the moment we booked to the day we checked out, but the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. Incredible house, stunning location, sensational hospitality, more than enough resources for everybody (such as towels etc). We had such a blast and would visit again in a heartbeat. Would firmly recommend to anyone thinking about it.
