A lovely house close to the beach perfect for families. A/C

This Ostale house is located close to the private beach of Port Grimaud South.

It is composed of a wider living-room that make it more confortable and an open-plan kitchen.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a large bed with its own shower-room and little seaview and a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
On the canal side, a terrace and a little garden with a barrier.

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 10 june 2023 to 30 september 2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days Before the arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days before arrival, household linen will not be provided.

PLEASE SPECIFY US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR ORDERING LINEN

Further information :
• Household linen is delivered in the form of packs for the number of people announced when booking. Possibility of setting up beds at an additional cost.
• No change will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen pack can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Charges will be applied for any additional person.
• End of stay cleaning is not included. Possibility of cleaning in addition.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (unless written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on credit card on arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)

    Your service was absolutely excellent. The house was ok - a few new lights would help! Unfortunately the neighbour was extremely unpleasant and talking to some friends who live locally, this is not the first time she has been unkind. We are an easy family and good guests (check our reviews on Airbnb) so It was a shame as it soured the atmosphere of the holiday. It might be worth speaking to her about her behaviour and understanding of having a neighbour! Thank you for your prompt and efficient service. Kind regards, Kaaren

    PERFECT !!

    What an incredible place! The location is beyond perfect and exceeded our expectations, which were already high. The quality of the house is splendid and fully equipped with whatever is needed to feel fully at home. Mathilde made us feel extremely welcome and were always there for us to advise. We had a fantastic stay at Port Grimaud and can certainly advise anyone to pick this little piece of paradise.
