Super renovated fisherman house in-between the beach and the center of Port Grimaud.
The beach and its activities are less than 1-minute away by walk: a perfect location to enjoy it as much as you want.
Should you feel like eating an ice-cream, just cross the bridge and you will find a large selection of tastes!
The house has been fully renovated in a modern refined style.
On the ground floor, a bright living-room with an open kitchen and an island unit.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with a large bed and a shower-room.
On the top floor, 2 bedrooms with a large bed -including one with a balcony- and a shower-room.

The house has 2 large terraces so that you will be able to enjoy sun all day long if you wish.
In front of the house, a mooring for a boat up to 14m-long.

Magnifique séjour à Port Grimaud ! La maison est très propre, décoré avec goût et idéalement placé à Port Grimaud, entre la plage et le centre. La vue depuis la maison est sublime. La communication avec Mathilde a été parfaite. Nous recommandons !

Nous sommes restés quelques jours pour travailler sur un projet d'étude. La maison était génial, grande, propre et parfaitement équipée. Mathilde a été très gentille et accessible.

Tout était très bien, nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec l'agence Boutemy, avec une vue imprenable ! Se réveiller avec cette vue met tout de suite de bonne humeur ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cette maison si nous revenons à Port Grimaud et à la recommander à des proches!
