A renovated apartment close to the center and the beach

Bright apartment in a quiet area close to the center of Port Grimaud 1.
The "Coches d'Eau" stop is only a few meters far from the building.

Located on the top floor, it is composed of a living-room with a sofa-bed for a child, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower-room and separate toilets.
On the canal side, a large balcony perfect to have lunch while enjoying the view of the boats in the "Petit Port".

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 10 june 2023 to 30 september 2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days Before the arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days before arrival, household linen will not be provided.

PLEASE SPECIFY US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR ORDERING LINEN

Further information :
• Household linen is delivered in the form of packs for the number of people announced when booking. Possibility of setting up beds at an additional cost.
• No change will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen pack can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Charges will be applied for any additional person.
• End of stay cleaning is not included. Possibility of cleaning in addition.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (unless written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on credit card on arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)

    Almost excellent

    Well positioned apartment as very convenient to many cafes and restaurants within a two or three minute walk, and the twice weekly market. Not far to the beach and a water taxi available if needed. Very tastefully and well decorated with a seaside theme. Good quality bedding and lovely bathroom. To make it excellent Wifi would be useful, also tea towels and an iron and ironing board. The booking agency would provide one if asked for. If coming to Port Grimaud again would certainly be happy to rrent this apartment again. Thank you to Mathilde for her help.

    Très agréable séjour

    Très bel appartement au cœur de la cité lacustre avec une loggia agréable en plein été. Le logement possède une literie de qualité dans une chambre spacieuse. La climatisation est la bienvenue surtout avec des températures caniculaires. C'est notre deuxième séjour et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir.

    Highly Recommended

    The location was incredibly handy for the bars and restaurants in the main square. The place was spotless, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, especially when it reached 37°C, and was also nice and quiet. The balcony overlooking the harbour was a lovely spot to relax. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay close to the heart of Port Grimaud!
